Estherville – Mrs. Oline Agerbeck, 88, Austin, Minn., and formerly of Estherville, died Tuesday afternoon at St. Olaf’s Hospital, Austin.

Services for Mrs. Agerbeck will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Estherville, with the Rev. Paul Wiegman officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Fuhrman Funeral Home, Estherville, from noon Thursday until noon Friday and at the church prior to services.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kristen Christensen, she was born Jan. 12, 1891, at Fredrickhavn, Denmark. She received her education in Denmark schools and came to the United States in 1914, settling in the Council Bluffs area. She was married to Soren Agerbeck on March 10, 1923, at Council Bluffs.

The couple moved to Martin County, Minn., where they farmed in the Dunnell area until moving to Estherville in 1947. Following her husband’s death in 1964 she moved to Austin to live with her daughter. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Agerbeck is survived by one daughter, Anna Agerbeck, Austin; one son, Russell Agerbeck, Estherville; two granddaughters; three great grandsons; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and three sisters. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, June 13, 1979)
