1926-1977
Estherville – Services for Mrs. Robert (June) [June Harriet] Scott, 51, Estherville, will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Christian Church here with the Rev. James Harmon officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Scott succumbed Monday [December 19, 1977] at Methodist Hospital, Rochester, Minn.

Friends may call at Furhman Funeral Home until noon Friday, when the body will be taken to the church.

Mrs. Scott was born May 30, 1926, at Algona, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robin Haar. She was married to Robert Scott May 28, 1943, at Algona. The couple lived in Gruver and Estherville following their marriage.

She was a member of the Christian Church.

Mrs. Scott is survived by her husband, Robert; four sons, Dick Scott, Spencer, David Scott, Lubbock, Texas, Don Scott and Doug Scott, both of Estherville; seven grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter and one brother. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, December 21, 1977)
