Estherville – Services for Margaret N. Corwin, 91, of Estherville will be held at East Side Cemetery, graveside services only, at 11 a.m., Friday, with Pastor Paul Wiegman presiding. There will be no visitation prior to service. Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 1992 at Holy Family Hospital.

She was born June 28,1901 in Dedham, the daughter of John and Margaret Aldrich and received her education in the Dedham schools, graduating from high school there. She was united in marriage with Gordon Corwin on October 12, 1920 in Audubon. The couple lived in Dedham, Audubon, Carroll, Eagle Grove and Swea City before moving to Estherville in 1949. She was a member of the Gold Star Mothers.

Survivors include a son Lewis of Estherville; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Eagan, LeMars.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1963 and one son, William. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, December 10, 1992)
