Hazel Sweet Passes Away
Hazel Sweet died Sunday [November 7, 1904] afternoon about five o’clock of pneumonia at the home of her parents in the southwest part of town. She was two and one-half years of age and the oldest child of Mr. and Mrs. John Sweet. Little Hazel had been ill only four days.

The funeral services were held at two o’clock this afternoon at the Christian church, conducted by Rev. Snyder.
