Estherville – Mrs. Robert (Martha Eliza) Seylar, 62, Estherville, died early Monday [September 11, 1978] morning at Holy Family Hospital. Services for Mrs. Seylar will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13, at Henry and Olson Funeral Home, Estherville.

The Rev. Max Goldman, Estherville United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Eastside Cemetery.

She was born May 22, 1916, at Estherville to Fred and Cora (Bucey) Robinson. She attended the Estherville community schools and graduated from Estherville High School in 1934. Following graduation from high school she attended Estherville Junior College for one year.

June 15, 1950, she was united in marriage with Robert Seylar at the Little Brown Church, Nashua. She lived in Estherville all of her life and was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Her survivors include her husband, Robert, Estherville; three sons, David, Donald and Dale, all of Estherville; two sisters, Mrs. David (Helen) Wisdom, Swarthmore, Pa., and Mrs. George (Kathryn) Brunskill, Estherville; and one brother, John Robinson, Virginia.

Preceding her in death were her parents.
