Estherville – Funeral services for Mrs. Leslie (Julia) Robinson, 73, Estherville, will be at the Henry Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Max Goldman of the United Methodist Church officiating and burial in the East Side Cemetery.

Mrs. Robinson was born June 18, 1902 at Sutherland to Charles and Henrietta Collette Taylor [Per census and birth records, maiden name was Voss] and was educated at Schaller. She was married to Leslie Robinson Sept. 28, 1923 and they farmed in the Schaller area until 1937 when they moved to Estherville. She was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, two sons, Duane and Donald, Estherville; and two daughters, Mrs. Virgil Knox, Estherville, and Mrs. Arlowe (LaVonne) Hansen, Fenton; 11 grandchildren; two brothers, Vincent Voss, Geneva, Ala., Robert Voss, Sheldon; and one sister, Mrs. Homer Wood, Loveland, Colo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, one sister and one brother. Henry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements where friends may call. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, June 23, 1975)
