Found Dead at Home
Ole Olson, 71, of Estherville was found dead yesterday morning at his home on South 12th St. He was heard moving around in the night and death was attributed to a heart attack.

Mr. Olson was born March 11, 1887, at Vistdal, Norway, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ole Halvorson Lein. When he came to this country in 1909 he changed his last name to Olson. He lived in Schaller, where he was engaged in farming before coming to this area.

Feb. 3, 1911, Mr. Olson was married to Bertha Tokle. He is survived by two sons, Albert of Milford, and Melvin of Des Moines, and one daughter, Mrs. Ethel Olson of Oklahoma City, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Also surviving are his brother, Olaf of Yakima, Wash., two sister, Mrs. John Burger of Ruthven and Mrs. George DeWall of Terril, and two brothers and one sister in Norway.

Mr. Olson was preceded in death by two daughters and one son, one brother and his parents.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Sandin-Fuhrman Funeral Home, the Rev. Robert Beckstrand officiating, burial to be in Eastside Cemetery. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, December 26, 1958)
