Mrs. Janice Reuland’s Rites Friday
Estherville – services have been set for Mrs. Bernard (Janice) Reuland, 30, who passed away Tuesday morning at an Atlanta, Ga., hospital from complications following a premature birth.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick’s Church, Estherville, with burial in the East Side Cemetery. Father Lawrence Burns will be officiating.

A rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Thursday at the Fuhrman Funeral Home.

Friends may call at the Fuhrman Funeral Home from noon Thursday until time of services Friday.

Mrs. Reuland was born Feb. 28, 1943 at Alton, Ill, to Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Johnson. She received her education in the Estherville schools and graduated from Estherville High School in 1961. She received an LPN degree from Bethesda Lutheran Hospital, Minneapolis.

Mrs. Reuland married Bernard Reuland in Good Thunder, Minn. They had lived in Omaha, Neb., and Mankato, Minn., before moving to Still Mountain, Ga., seven months ago.

She is survived by her husband, two children, Brian, 10, and Allison, 7; three brothers, Wayne Johnson, Sioux City, David Johnson, Estherville, and Gregg Johnson, Estherville.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Frederick. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, September 19, 1974)
