Estherville – Services for Mrs. Edna J. Nemitz, 72, Estherville, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Estherville Lutheran Church with the Rev. Obert Rust officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery.

Mrs. Nemitz succumbed Saturday [January 22, 1977] morning at Holy Family Hospital.

She was born March 14, 1904, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Sabo. She received her education in Estherville and married Clarence Nemitz at Estherville.

Mrs. Nemitz lived in Estherville her entire life, working for the law office of William S. Johnston for 21 years and later for Holy Family Hospital. She was a member of the Estherville Lutheran Church.

She is survived by one niece, Mrs. Joe (Vernice) Huts, Dunnell, Minn.; one nephew, Robert Wheatley, Estherville; two great nieces, Mrs. Stan (Shirley) Knode), Estherville, and Mrs. Leo (Sharon) Anderson, Estherville; and one great-nephew, Dennis Wheatley, Estherville.

Mrs. Nemitz was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother and one sister.
