Katie Alice Munden was born near Eagleville, Mo., August 19, 1903 and passed away Friday afternoon May 20, 1938.

On August 30, 1921 she was married Sylvester Mustard in Estherville. To this union were born five children, four boys and one girl.

She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, children, father and mother, three brothers and one sister, all residing in Estherville.

Out of town relatives who attended the funeral were Mrs. McWhinney and Leonard McWhinney, Eagleville, Mo., and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Buss, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Turner, and Bernard Hushelt of Boone, Iowa.

Funeral services were held at the Free Methodist church, Rev. H.G. Bachman officiating.

The remains were laid to rest in the East Side cemetery. (Estherville Enterprise, Estherville, IA, May 26, 1938)
