Services for Mrs. Harold (Grace) Ditsworth, 81, Estherville, will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Henry and Olson Funeral Chapel in Estherville, with the Rev. Clifford Haider of the United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery. She died Monday [February 15, 1982] at Holy Family Hospital. Friends may call at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home after 9 p.m. Wednesday.

She was born March 30, 1900 at Dana, IA., the daughter of Thomas and Rosa (Hughes) Hanifan; she received her education in the Swea City Schools, and on July 21, 1928 and was united in marriage to Harold Ditsworth at Mankato. They moved to Estherville in 1950 and have lived here since.

Mrs. Ditsworth was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Harold of Estherville; one son George Ditsworth, Wadena, Minn.; one daughter, Patricia Harris, Algona: six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one sister, Lottie Edwards, Albuquerque, N.M.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, one brother and one grandson. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, February 16, 1982)
