M. Howard Jensen
Estherville – M. Howard Jensen, 59, Estherville, died July 1 in Estherville. Funeral services will be 2 pm. Saturday at the Henry Funeral Chapel with Pastor Stan Eyberg of the Estherville Lutheran Church officiating and burial at East Side Cemetery.

Military services will be held at the cemetery.

Friends may call at the Henry Funeral Home, Estherville, after 7 p.m. Friday and until time of services Saturday.

Mr. Jensen was born January 4, 1917 in Emmet County to Chris and Joanna Hanson Jensen and was educated in the Emmet County schools. He remained single.

Mr. Jensen worked with the Rock Island Railroad seven years, and was a mechanic for threshing crews that worked farms and ranches from Montana to Kansas. H was a member of the Lutheran Church and a World War II veteran.

Survivors include one brother, Milford Jensen, Conroe, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Carol (Mabel) Hoganson, Estherville and Mrs. B. B. (Hazel) Boe, Estherville. He was preceded in death by his parents. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, July 2, 1976)
