Estherville – Funeral services for Margaret Ann “Peggy” Origer, 59, of Estherville will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Estherville with Father Tom Nash officiating. Interment will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Estherville. She died on Sunday, March 17 at Holy Family Hospital in Estherville.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19 at the Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Home in Estherville. Legion of Mary Rosary will be held at 4:30 p.m. and a Parish Vigil Service at 7 p.m at the funeral home on Tuesday.

She was born on June 14, 1936 in Estherville, the daughter of Charles and Mary (Morrisey) Waldron. She attended school in Estherville, graduating from Estherville High School. She was united in marriage to Maurice Origer on June 13, 1955 in Estherville. She lived in Estherville all her life.

She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Dennis (Cindy) Hoss of Estherville; Laurie Origer of Estherville; Beth Origer of Estherville; Linda Origer of Estherville; three sons, Brad Origer of Lake Forrest, Cal.; Brian Origer of Carroll; Rob Origer of Estherville; two sisters, Marylou Waldron of Estherville; Patsy Origer of Pillager, Minn.; two brothers, John Waldron of Sun City, Ariz.; and Jim Waldron of Webster City.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1982 and her parents. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, March 18, 1996)
