Adolph Molacek
Estherville – Funeral services for Adolph Molacek, 76, were held 10 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church with Father A.O. Grendler officiating and burial at the church cemetery. He died Friday [April 16, 1976] at Holy Family Hospital.Mr. Molacek was born Aug. 15, 1899 at Schuyler, Neb., to Mr. and Mrs. Joe Molacek and was educated in schools in Stanton County, Neb. He was married to Helen Podany Oct. 21, 1921 at Clarkson, Neb. Mr. Molacek moved to Estherville in 1947 where he was employed at Tobin Packing Company and late at John Morrell and Co. until his retirement in 1965. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Helen; one daughter, Mrs. Wilma Walker, Pigard, Ore.; three sons, Frank Molacek, Algona, Steven Molacek, Garden City, Calif., and Cletus, Fountain Valley, Calif.; 18 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bill Molacek, Howells, Neb., and Jim Molaceck, Schuyler, Neb.; and two sisters, Lucille and Barbara, Omaha, Neb.
