Only Brother of Sam Chambers Dies After Illness of Two Years, Made Home With Mrs. Mae Pullen
Robert H. Chambers, 81, passed away Tuesday [January 12, 1937] night at 7:30 at the home of his niece, Mrs. Mae Pullen, on West Lincoln street, where he has been in poor health for the past two years. He has been a resident of this county for more than 25 years living on a farm until two years ago when, because of poor health, he moved to Estherville.

Funeral rites will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 at the Sternberg chapel with Rev. Claude Fausnaugh of the Presbyterian church in charge. Burial will be in the East Side cemetery.

Robert H. Chambers was born in Alton, Ohio, July 20, 1855. He is survived by one brother Sam Chambers of this city, three nieces, Mrs. Mae Pullen, Mrs. Harold Pannell of Hardy, and Mrs. Anna Henderson of Maple Hill and four nephews, Elmer Chambers of Alpha, Minn., Lou Chambers of Wisconsin, and Robert, Clyde and Herbert Chambers of California.
