HARLAND PHILLIP BARRETT
A Little One Called Home
After an illness of two weeks from bronchial trouble at 10 a.m., Thursday, April 21, the beautiful spirit of little Harland Phillips Barrett, winged its flight to the heavenly home, and Friday the Rev. Southwell preaching the funeral sermon at 2 p.m., amid sunshine and flowers, surrounded by relatives, neighbors and friends, remembered by sweet music, our vision of little Harland was laid to rest in the East Side Cemetery.
Though this little bud only unfolded here six months, it now mingles with the loved ones that have gone before, and will radiate and blossom in the tender Savior's care, who loved him and called him in his infancy.
Gratitude
We desire to thank the kind neighbors and friends that assisted at the death and burial of our baby Harland and we thank those that sent and brought such lovely wreaths and flowers, and the quartet and organist that rendered such beautiful music in our hour of trail. For these things we cannot express our gratitude , but heaven will bless you.
