Keith W. Crim Succumbs to Lingering Illness
Death came to Keith William Crim last Saturday [May 8, 1915] at the Holy Family Hospital at eleven o’clock. He had been in poor health for some time past. He was a linotype operator in a plant in Illinois. He became suddenly ill and his father brought him home and to the hospital for treatment. His condition was found to be serious.Keith was well known here. He was born in Graettinger when his parents Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Crim resided there. He attended school in Estherville and at McAllen, Texas. He received his linotype education at the Dunwoody Institute in Minneapolis. He was employed for a time in the shops in this city but had been with the Times Record in Aledo for the past two years.
He is survived by his parents, two brothers, Robert of Mason City and James of Estherville, and one sister, Mrs. Carol Agadjanian of New York City. He was to have been united in marriage to Leora Marshall of Cedar Rapid on April 26.
The funeral services were held from the Lloyd Crim home at one o’clock on Monday afternoon, the Rev. C. J. Semans officiating. Interment was made in Oak Hill cemetery. (Estherville Enterprise, Estherville, IA, May 15, 1947)
