Dies of Consumption
Mrs. W. E. Milburn died at her home on North Sixth street in this city, the 13th [apparently misprint, since the paper is dated April 12] of this month, of tuberculosis. Funeral was held from the M.E. church at two o’clock Saturday afternoon and interment made in Oak Hill cemetery. Three children, two boys and a girl, and a husband are left to mourn her death.

Mrs. Milburn was only thirty years of age but has been a sufferer for a long time with consumption, She was a loving mother and a devoted wife. The husband and children have the sympathy of the community in their bereavement. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, April 12, 1911)
