Rites Held Wednesday for K. F. Kruse, 38
Kenneth Francis Kruse, 38, of rural Ringsted, son of Mrs. Carrie Kruse and the late Fred Kruse, died Sunday [September 15, 1957] morning at Holy Family hospital. Immediate cause of death was attributed to a cerebral hemorrhage.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Estherville Lutheran church.

Kenneth Kruse was born Oct. 30, 1918. He had been a resident of the area all his life and at the time of his death was living at home with his mother and farming with his brothers on a farm seven miles west of Ringsted.

Immediate survivors are his mother, three brothers, Leonard, Arthur and Clifford, all of Ringsted and a sister, Mrs. Evelyn Jensen of Fenton. (Graettinger Times, Graettinger, IA, September 19, 1957)
