Mr. M. Larbig died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. A. Crawford, in this city Sunday [August 14, 1904] morning of bright’s disease, aged 63 years. Funeral was held from the Presbyterian church Monday afternoon, Rev. McLeod preaching the sermon. The body was buried in Oak Hill cemetery. Mr. Larbig was one of the old settlers of this section and was a highly respected citizen. A daughter, Mrs. Crawford and two sons, William and Chris, all of this county are left to mourn his demise.
