TWO WELL KNOWN LOCAL PEOPLE PASS TO REWARD

Mrs. E. E. Crumb and S. B. Cole Die Saturday at Hospitals

Mrs. E. E. Crumb, 67, passed away at a local hospital Saturday night. She had been in failing health for many years but had been at the hospital for only a short time.

Sadie Ann Butler was born Dec. 12, 1863 at northfield, Minn. When four years of age her parents moved to [missing line of text] education there and taught school in that county. On Dec. 12, 1888, she was married to E. E. Crumb and came with him as a bride to the farm five miles north of Estherville where they have since resided

Mrs. Crumb was a member of the Baptist church with which she united in 1898. She belonged to Okamanpadu chapter D. A. R. Funeral services were held from the Baptist church Tuesday afternoon.

The passing of this esteemed woman is mourned by her husband and three children, Frank of Chicago, Mrs. Paul Weir and Clare of Estherville and by a wide circle of friends which she had made during her long residence here.
