Mrs. Glen E. Pullen, 42, of Estherville died Sunday evening at 6:30 in the Park View Clinic where she had been a patient since undergoing surgery April 24.
Creta Adaline Pullen was born March 31, 1903 at Estherville to Henry O. and Florence (Ketchum) Brown. She graduated from the Estherville High School with the class of 1921 and was married June 12, 1922 to Glen E. Pullen. To this union three children were born, Robert H., Phyllis A., and David George.
Mrs. Pullen served as president of the Lincoln P.T.A. in the year of 1936 and was president of the General P.T.A. during the years of 1937-1938 and also was president of the Band Mothers club in 1941, 1942 and 1943.
She became a member of the Methodist Church in early girlhood.
Surviving are her husband and the three children, Robert F1-c who is in the U. S. Navy in the Pacific, Phyllis A. and David George, her father and mother.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Methodist Church with the Rev. C. J. Seamons officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Estherville, IA.
