I had been curious about my bio father for a while, but my family either did not know information or did not want to talk about it. I know my mother did not want to talk about it at all and I gave up trying with her. My sister provided me whatever information she could, which was minimal. So I did a DNA test. And recently received my results. I have a direct match who resides in this area still as a possible half brother or uncle.
Per I am 37 years was born in Burlington IA, and Edwin was a part of my life briefly while I was very young and then was gone, as I was told he died in 88, found out it was actually 90, and that he had 8 sons and 3 daughters all would be older than me. I only was connected to 1 so far that I'm aware of. And mostly just wanted more information about my bio father.
Whom per DNA & based on what I've found is Edwin Begle from Indiana, whom then resided in Dubuque whereas that's also where he died.
And was trying to find the full obituary or more information. I appreciate any and all assistance in this matter.
