DUBUQUE MARRIAGE-1868

In 1868 Charles Elias Bronk, born 1845, Albany
Co., NY, married a woman named Alice, born 1851
in Monroe,WI. They appear in the IL 1870 Census
in Warren, Jo Daviess Co, with a young daughter
"born in Iowa"! I think possibly they were wed
in Iowa, possibly Dubuque Co, due to proximity
to NW Illinois. They eventually moved from Warren
to Galena, IL. His trade was "marble cutter",
creating burial monuments. Family had Methodist
connection at least later in Kansas.
