Mrs. Louisa Caroline Buechele, a resident of Dubuque for the past fifty years, was called by death this morning at Mercy hospital at 3:15 o'clock after an illness of a long duration.
She was born in Dubuque June 16, 1871 and had resided here her entire lifetime. She was wedded to Theodore Buechele June 20, 1900, who with one daughter, Miss Marie, a son, Theodore, Jr., her mother, Mrs. Anna Wilky, a sister, Mrs. Theodore Vorwald and a brother, Matt Wilky, all of this city, survive. Mrs. Buechele was a member of Sacred Heart church, the Rosary society and the Sacred Heart league of that parish. She was comforted in her last hours by the rites of her religion.
The funeral will be held Saturday morning from the home, 715 Rhomberg avenue to Sacred Heart church at 9 o'clock. Interment will be in Mount Calvary cemetery. Friends are asked to omit flowers. Burial will be private.
