DEAD-Jacob Roth, an old citizen of Dubuque, died on Thursday, after an illness lasting two months. Mr. Roth was a good neighbor and kind hearted man. His death will be deplored by a large circle of friends. His funeral notice is in another column.

RATH-On the 25th day of February, Jacob Rath, aged 43 years.

The funeral will take place from the late residence of the deceased, on 13th, opposite the Market House, on Sunday next at 2 p.m. Friends of the deceased are invited to attend.
