DYERSVILLE, Iowa - Graham B. Wiggins, 67, of Holiday Island, Ark., formerly of Dyersville, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2005, at Washington Regional Medical Center, Fayetteville, Ark., following a long illness.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Francis Xavier Basilica, Dyersville, with the Rev. John O'Connor officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery, where military rites will be accorded by the American Legion Post 137. Friends may call from 8 to 10 a.m. Tuesday at Kramer Funeral Home, Dyersville,

He was born on Sept. 13, 1937, in Oxford, England, son of Bertram Roiley and Violet (Green) Wiggins McGurk. He married Jo Ann "Jody" Millenkamp on May 7, 1966, in Mason City, Iowa.

He served in the Army for eight years.

Mr. Wiggins was an Iowa highway patrolman from 1965 to 1969; a school psychologist at the Dubuque County Education Association and Keystone Area Education from 1972 to 1978; and then was employed as a psychologist at Regional Education Association, Lawton, Okla. He later was director of Family Support in Upper Heyford England Air Force Base, retiring in 1989.

Graham was an avid sportsman, especially enjoying hunting, fishing and golfing.

Surviving are his wife, Jody; a sister, Irene (Ernie) Eldridge, of England; a half-brother, Patrick (Darla) McGurk, of Lake Mills, Iowa; a sister-in-law, Rita Wiggins, of Lawton; a brother-in-law, Tom (Jan) Millenkamp, of Dyersville; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Roiley Wiggins; and his stepfather, Clarence McGurk.
