FARLEY, Iowa - Bette L. Hoefer, of Denver, Colo., formerly of Farley, died after a long illness, Tuesday, Jan. 26, 1999, in Omaha, Neb.

Services were in Omaha.

She was born on Feb. 20, 1929, in Farley, daughter of Al and Rose (Meis) Hoefer.

Surviving are sisters, Eileen Arling, Donna (Jerry) Kramer and Grace (Tom) Ball, all of Dubuque, and Jean Hoefer, of Denver; brothers, Bob (Gene) Hoefer, of Omaha, and Louis Hoefer, of Denver; and many loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
