Mrs. Katherine Sitterly died at 12 a.m. Wednesday on Eighth and Lynn Streets after a short illness. Death was due to heart trouble.

The deceased who was born seventy-nine years ago, in Germany, came to this country in 1855. Her husband died over twenty years ago, but four sons survive her.

The funeral will be held on Friday to St. Mary’s Church.
