Mrs. Belle Dexter, wife of John Dexter, died at the family home, 53 Cornell Street, on Wednesday morning at half past 6, after a long illness.

Mrs. Dexter was a native of Milwaukee, in which place she was born April 2, 1862. For the past sixteen years she had been a resident of Dubuque. Besides her husband she is survived by two children, of this city, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. S. Judson, and her sister, Maude of Portage, Wis., and one brother, Walter of Chicago. She was a member of St. Luke’s Church.

The funeral will take place on Friday afternoon at 2:30 from her late home.
