The funeral of Mrs. Catherine Crotty was held from the home, 1011 West Fifth Street to the Church of the Nativity Saturday morning at 9 o’clock where a requiem high mass was held by the Rev. M. J. Kerper who also preached the funeral sermon and officiated at the burial service in the mortuary chapel of Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Walter Hortley, Frederic Lattner, Stephen Canaran, and Carl Giether.

People from out of the city who attended the funeral included Miss Lucille Burke, Miss Vivian Kinney, Miss Mary Kinney, Miss Julia Kinney, and Miss M. Kinney of Cascade. Ia., Herman Glade, Chicago, Ill.; J. L. Crotty, Rapid City, S. Dakota; Miss Nona and Miss Mattie Deary, M. and Mrs. John Linhardt, and Mary Jana Linhardt of Prairie du Chien, Wisc.
