Shock to His Family
~
Henry Knoernschild, a carpet weaver, residing at 2032 Couler Avenue, was delivering a carpet on Kaufmann Avenue about 6:30 o’clock last evening but before he performed his task he fell dead.

Mr. Knoernschild was 76 years old and was apparently in the best of health. He worked all day at the trade and had not complained of being ill. About 6 o’clock he started to deliver the carpet and succumbed about a block west of Couler Avenue. He died before assistance reached him. His sudden death was a great surprise to the family.

The deceased body was removed to his residence on Couler Avenue. One son Fred, and two daughters survive the deceased.
