George Foell, a prominent resident of this county, died Friday morning at 8:30 o’clock at his home on Sherrill’s Mound Road. Deceased was born January 6, 1867, and was married about thirteen years ago, his wife dying seven years ago.

Besides his parents he leaves two children, Frank and Charles, aged 11 and 8 years respectively; four brothers, Louis, Adam, John and Edward, and two sisters, Mrs. John Broessel and Miss Louisa. The funeral will be held Sunday morning at 9 o’clock from the family residence to the Congregational church at Sherrill where Rev. Loes will conduct services. Interment will be at the cemetery at Sherrill.

The deceased was a man who commanded respect of a large circle of friends who will regret to learn of his death.
