Peter McDermott, aged 45 years, died this morning at 7:20 at the family residence, 202 Dodge Street. The deceased had been ill for many months with cancer of the stomach and death came as a relief to his intense suffering.

Mr. McDermott was a member of the A. O. U. W. Central Lodge, No. 285. He is survived by his widow and three children, who have the sympathy of the community in their bereavement.
