Mrs. Carrie Ginter, the beloved wife of Peter Ginter, died at the family residence on Fourteen between Jackson and Washington Streets on 1:20 o’clock New Year’s morning.

Her family removed to Dubuque when she was six years of age, her mother dying here five years ago. On May 2d, 1867, she was married to Mr. Peter Ginter. Their eldest child is dead. The survivors besides the infant girl, are Fred, Nora, Nellie and Frank. Mrs. Ginter is spoken of by those who know her best in terms of unqualified praise.
