Robert Hay, owner of Key City Roofing Company, died at his home, 101 Arlington Street, Sunday afternoon at 5:30 after an illness of several months. Mr. Hay was 56 years of age.

Mr. Hay was born in Scotland in 1863, but had been a resident of Iowa for the past thirty-four years. He was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church and the Masonic Lodge, No. 125. A.F. & A. M.

He is survived by his widow, one daughter and two sons, Katherine, Robert P. and Malcolm, all at home; His father Thomas Hay, sister Agnes and two brothers, Thomas and William, in Scotland, two (not sure what 'two' means) David of Canton, Miss.
