Mrs. Margaret Anne Talty, widow of James Talty, who died in November 1905, died in her home this city Saturday afternoon at 4 o’clock, aged 88 years.

Mrs. Talty was born in County Clare, Ireland, August 15, 1832, and came to America in 1847. She was married in Buffalo, N.Y. in 1851 and came to Dubuque with her husband in 1855, where she has resided until death.

She is survived by one son, Peter Talty of Waterloo, three daughters, Mary of St. Paul, Minn., Mrs. H. M. Ludwig of Waterloo, and Mrs. Clem Sheridan of Dubuque, also three grandchildren. Her daughters were present at the time of her death.

The funeral will be held from the Cathedral Monday morning at 9 o’clock. Interment will be made in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
