Deloris M. Zimmerman, 75, of Wyocena, Wis., formerly of Dubuque, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 1997, at home.

Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. today at the Smith Funeral Home, Pardeeville, Wis. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the St. John's Cemetery, Dubuque. Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

She was born Aug. 21, 1922, in Dubuque, daughter of Walter and Mabel (Leicht) Close. She married Herbert J. Zimmerman on Sept. 6, 1944, in Maquoketa, Iowa.

Surviving are a daughter, Deb (Lary) Arn, of Beloit, Wis.; two grandchildren, Curtis (Dara) Badger and Jeremy Badger; two sisters, Lela (Arthur) Tigges, of Dubuque, and Margaret Renz, of Pardeeville; and nieces, nephews, other near relatives and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Francis.
