GOOD WOMAN

Mrs. Mary Kastner, passed away Friday morning at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. John Korn, 2123 Jackson, Street. Deceased was 70 years of age and was born in Baden Germany. She came to this country when she was nine years of age and had resided for a while in Galena, Ill. For the last twenty-eight years she had made Dubuque her home. Mrs. Kastner was stricken with an illness about nine months ago and her death came as a relief to her suffering. Two sons and one daughter are left to mourn her loss. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the residence to St. Mary’s Church, where services will be held and the burial will be in Linwood.
