CLARENCE M. HIRSCH

Services for Clarence M. Hirsch, 60, of 743 N. Booth St. will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of the Nativity. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call until 9 p.m. Monday at Behr's where the scripture wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday.

Mr. Hirsch died at 12:15 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's unit, Mercy Health Center. He was born in Dubuque and had been employed at Flexsteel Industries, Inc., for 41 years. He was a member of Nativity Holy Name Society, and Upholsterers Local 1861. He was a World War II Army veteran.

Surviving are his wife, the former Mary Noesges; two daughters, Dyan at home and Mrs. Roger (Donna) Slade of Dubuque; a son, Gary Lee of Bettendorf, Iowa; four grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Bernice Hagen of St. Paul, Minn., and Mrs. James (Dorothy) Brandel and Marita Hirsch, both of Dubuque, and three brothers, Harlan F., H. Charles, and Francis H., all of Dubuque.
