Dubuque Telegraph Herald -January 21, 1961

William G. Kramer, 70, of Rt. 1, Dubuque, died at 11:50 a.m. Sunday at Xavier Hospital.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the Behr’s Funeral Home. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Peer & Paul Church at Sherrill. The Rev. Harold Ginter will offer the Requiem High Mass. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

He was a veteran of W.W. I and served oversea with the U. S. Army.

He was born near Dyersville, Ia. son of the late Joseph and Mary Klosterman Kramer.

He had farmed in the Dubuque vicinity for 20 years.

He was married to the former Roseann Coyle of Placid, Ia.

Surviving are his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Marie) Alexander, of Marion, Ia.; Mrs. Edward (Eleanor) Heim and Mrs. James (Hilda) Dupont, both of Dubuque; two sons, Delbert W., at home; and Irwin W., of Dubuque; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Bernard (Hilda) Chapman, Farley, Ia.; and Mrs. Louis (Lucille) Handfelt of Epworth, Ia.
