Place and cause of death: at The Finley Hospital of natural causes.

Services: Funeral services will be at Holy Ghost Church on Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

Burial: Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Military Rites:

Visitation: Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday at Behr's Funeral Home.

Rosary or wake service: The Parish Wake service will be said at 7:30 p.m. on Friday at Behr's Funeral Home.

Date and place of birth: Arthur was born on July 15, 1916 in Dubuque, Iowa, son of George and Gertrude (Koenig) Frommelt.

Brief personal information: Art married Dorothy Link on February 25, 1938 at St. Mary's Church in Dubuque.

He went to work early to help support his family. He worked for 42 years at the Dubuque Packing Company until his retirement in 1978. He was life-taught and went back for formal education at the age of 78. He had two crusades in life, warning smokers about the health risks of smoking, and asking husbands and wives if they had told one another of their love that day. Art loved nature and could mend broken objects easily. He was devoted to wife and family. In faith we say goodbye, knowing he is with Dorothy and God.

Deceased spouse and year of death: Dorothy passed away on July 17, 1993.
