MANCHESTER. Emma Rosetta Brown,92, died Tuesday evening in Good Neighbor Home. Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday, Shelly Funeral Home, where friends may call after 6 tonight. Burial: Center Grove Cemetery, Dubuque.

Survivors include a foster daughter, Mae Sheppard of Cedar Rapids.

Also surviving are a grandniece, Shirley Starr of Masonville and a grandnephew, Larry Sheppard of Hiawatha.
