MISS MUELLER AT REST

The funeral of Miss Bertha Mueller was held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home of her parents, 78 Grove Street. Services were conducted at the home by Rev. Harvey M. Leech of St. Mary's Lutheran Church, assisted by a quartette composed of Miss Anna Wiland, Mr. A. Lantsky, Rheinhart Ris and Miss Gertrude Ris.

The home was filled with the friends of the dead young lady. The floral offerings were elaborate, attesting to the esteem to which she was held and the sorrow which her untimely demise has caused. As a mark of respect to the memory of Miss Mueller, the Smedley Pump Works, where she was employed as a stenographer previous to her last illness, closed down Wednesday afternoon and the employees attended the service as a body.

The pallbearers were Messrs Bonson, Schwind, Chas. Deggendorf, Harry Cameron, Herman Grimm, and Thos. Feyen. The interment was made in Linwood cemetery.
