HARRY H. LOCHER

Harry H. Locher, 58, a Dubuque lawyer for 20 years, died Thursday in San Francisco, Calif., where he has lived for the last seven years, it was learned here Friday.

The body will be returned to Devaney Funeral Home, Monticello, Ia where he was born on June 2, 1890. the son of the late Anthony and Caroline Meyer Locher, an early Monticello family. Funeral arrangement will be announced.

Locher attended parochial school in Monticello, Drake University and the University of Iowa law school. He married Larriane Callahan in 1916. He came to Dubuque in about 1922. he remained there until he moved to San Francisco in 1942./

Surviving are a daughter Mrs. Leo Diener, of Dubuque, three sons, William of Dubuque, David of St. Paul, and Phillip of San Francisco: two grandchildren, seven brothers, Dr. Earl E. Locher, Dr. Joseph J. Locher and Charles S. Locher all of Dubuque, Dr. Lawrence R, Locher of Farley, Leo of Columbus, Neb. and John J. and Frank of Monticello; four sister Mrs. Minnie Miller, Mrs. W. H. Jarrett and Misses Mary and Bertha Locher all of Monticello.
