FARLEY, Iowa - Services for Leonetta E. Link, 91, 207 First St. S.E., Farley, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Farley.

Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Reiff Funeral Home, Farley, where there will be a parish rosary at 4 p.m., a Farley American Legion service at 7 p.m. and a wake service at 8 p.m.

Mrs. Link was a homemaker.

She was born on Oct. 13, 1905, in New Vienna, daughter of Ferdinand and Elizabeth (Oberbroeckling) Freking. She died Monday, Oct. 28, 1996, at home.

She married Alphonse Link on Oct. 4, 1930, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, New Vienna; he died on July 23, 1980.

She received her education in the New Vienna area schools. She was a member of Farley and Epworth Senior Citizens and St. Joseph's Parish and its altar and rosary society.

Surviving are two daughters, Elaine (Adrian) Korbel, of Dubuque, and Doris (Paul) Link-Schreiber, of Athens, Wis.; four sons, Robert Link, of Farley, Donald (Kay) Link, of Epworth, Delbert (Lois) Link, of Dubuque, and Laverne "Red" (Karen) Link, of Mesa, Ariz.; and 24 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter-in-law, Delores Link, on July 30, 1995; a brother, Frank Freking; and four sisters, Martha Niehaus, Mary Link, Annie Bergfeld and Catherine Augustine.

A Leonetta E. Link Memorial Fund has been established.
