FARLEY, Iowa - Lois M. "Loie" Kramer, 44, 201 1st St. N.E., Farley, died Monday, April 28, 1997, at home.

Private services will be held at Reiff Funeral Home, Farley.

Loie was employed as a meat inspector for the USDA. She formerly owned and operated the Kramer Tap in Farley.

She was born on Nov. 20, 1952, in Manchester, daughter of Alvin and Lucinda (Brunsmann) Kramer.

She received her education in the former St. Joseph's schools in Farley. Loie was an avid bicyclist and had participated in many cross country, cross state and RAGBRAI events.

Surviving are her mother, Lucinda Kramer, of Dubuque; a sister, LaVonne (John) Ludwig, of Anamosa; two brothers, Ralph (Darlene) Kramer, of Bankston, and Roger (Lynn) Kramer, of Dubuque; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Kramer, on Oct. 27, 1977; and a brother, Eugene Kramer, on April 27, 1981.

A Lois M. Kramer Memorial Fund has been established.
