FARLEY, Iowa -- Lorraine M. Healy, 94, of Farley, died at 7:05 a.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at Luther Manor, Dubuque.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 31, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Farley, with the Rev. Dennis Cain officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Farley. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. A private visitation will be held at Reiff Funeral Home, Farley.

She was born on Nov. 10, 1915, in Dubuque, daughter of Walter and Elizabeth (Sadler) Pregler. She received her education in the Dubuque schools.

She married Raymond Healy on Oct. 4, 1944, at Sacred Heart Church, Dubuque; he preceded her in death on March 22, 1991.

She was a member of St. Joseph's Parish in Farley and a member of the Farley American Legion Auxiliary.

Lorraine enjoyed golfing, bowling and sewing.

Surviving are a son, Dan (Shirley) Healy, of Cedar Rapids; a daughter, Jo-El (Virg) Lopez, of Farley; seven grandchildren, Dana (Troy) Nogelmeier, of Ely, Greg (Joey) Brown, of Des Moines, Jenny (Mark) Weaver, of Hiawatha, Stephen (Tina) Lopez, of Downers Grove, Ill., Richard (Miriam) Lopez, of Ames, Michael (Amanda) Lopez, of Roseville, Mich., and David Lopez, of Farley; great-grandchildren, Zach O'Hare, of Cedar Rapids, Andrew Brown, of Des Moines, Sydney and Anna Weaver, of Hiawatha, Abigail, Alexander and Nathan Lopez, of Downers Grove, Ill., Eleanor, Greta and Raymond Lopez, of Ames, and Isabelle Lopez, of Roseville, Mich.; and two brothers, Gerald Pregler and Walter (Nancy) Pregler, both of Dubuque.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, John and Robert Pregler; four sisters, Elmeta Leytem, Deloris Pregler, Irma Reisdorf and D. Jeanne Bender; and several sisters- and brothers-in-law.
