Mary T. Burns,69, died Monday afternoon in St. Mary's Unit-Mercy Health Center, Dyersville, after a long illness. Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, St. Paul's Catholic Church. Burial: church cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 10 p.m. today at Reiff Funeral Home, Dyersville, where a Farley American Legion Auxiliary service begins at 4, a Legion service at 7:30 and a parish service at 8.

Survivors include her husband, Joe; two daughters, Mary Jo Pasker of Dyersville and Julie Kurt of Cascade; two sisters, Rita Simon and Jean Ann Kernall, both of Dubuque; and four brothers, Jerry and Albert Kotz, both of Dubuque, Vince Kotz of Farley and Loras Kotz of Phoenix.

Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a son, Robert in 1986.

A Mary T. Burns Memorial Fund has been established.
