MARTHA SOUTHWELL-
OLD SETTLER PASSES

The death of Martha Southwell at her home on Alpine street Thursday removes another old settler who has resided in Dubuque since 1865. Mrs. Southwell was 64 years of age and was a devout Christian and a member of St. John's Episcopal church. She is survived by her husband and one son.
